Returns

You may return most unused items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged equipment
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us at gymnasium@senyogymnasium.com.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
